Delivery

When you place an order with our online store, you will receive a confirmation email prior to your order being processed. We will notify you if there is any delay in supplying an item in your order.

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

If your delivery doesn't arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us.

Deliveries are by Australia Post. In very rare circumstances we reserve the right to insist on Registered Post which will be at an additional charge. Charges for postage within are as follows:

• Single item                    $6.95
• Two or more items      $12.95

Charges for International Air Mail vary considerably depending on the size and weight of the item(s). Please contact us at shop@pawsawhile.com.au if you wish to purchase items with delivery outside of Australia.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Our “postage” fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs and are typically just enough to pay for the costs we incur from Australia Post. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
