How to Search For a Product Online

Using Product Catalogue
Because we have been able to monitor customer’s buying habits for many years, we have divided our online catalogue by most popular animals and gifts for pets. All other animals not listed can be found under Wildlife.
Within the categories, there are sub-categories. Where possible, animals have been categorized by breed.

Using Search
Simply type in the word (s) you are looking for and the search engine will retrieve that product e.g.
Cavalier – will bring up all cavalier items
Cavalier Mug – will bring up all cavalier items plus mugs for cavaliers AND every other breed
To confine your search to Cavalier Mug only, use Advanced Search, where you can refine your search by criteria such as breed and description. If you know the exact item, type Cavalier Mug in Description, or select the breed from the drop down list and type Mug against Description.

Tips
You can shortcut the descriptions also e.g. Germ – will match German Shepherd, but will also match German Shorthaired Pointer.
Keywords may be separated by AND or OR for greater control of the results. For example:
• Cavalier AND Mug - retrieves products that contains both words
• Cavalier OR Mug - retrieves products that contain both or either words
• “Cavalier Mug” - retrieves products that match the exact phrase.

Registering
You can browse our website and place orders anonymously without needing to register. However registration provides following additional benefits:
• Personal details will be automatically filed to your user name, which saves you from having to re-enter them the next time you order.
• Confirmed orders can be reviewed.

Delivery Information

When you place an order with our online store, you will receive an immediate confirmation email prior to your order being processed. We will notify you again by email once your account has been charged and your order dispatched or if there is any delay in supplying an item in your order. Rest assured we do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be dispatched.

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

Australian Delivery Addresses
Dependant on parcel and destination, delivery will be either by Australia Post or Toll Ipec. For Toll Ipec deliveries, someone will need to be available to sign for the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a calling card with advice for delivery.

Returns Policy

We wish our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any goods, you may return the item(s) for an exchange, credit note or refund (in the form of a Paws A While Gift Voucher)

Return of goods due to change of mind
• Returns must be reported and returned within 10 days of receipt.
• Product value (not including delivery costs and gift wrapping) can be exchanged for other items, credit note or a Paws A While Gift Voucher.
• Cost of return and redelivery will be borne by you.
• Custom made goods cannot be returned.
• Goods are to be returned in original condition, undamaged and unused, so please ensure adequate packaging is used when sending.
• Goods purchased between 15 November and 25 December can be returned by 15 January of the following year. (This excludes calendars and diaries)

Return of damaged or faulty goods
• Returns must be reported and returned within 10 days of receipt.
• Once we receive the goods, we will replace the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, we will offer either and exchange or a full refund of the cost of original item including delivery and gift-wrapping.
• Cost of returning the item will be refunded.
