TO PURCHASE

• You purchase a gift voucher as you would any other product. You can pick from eight denominations between $20 to $200.


• You will be asked to provide a recipients name and a password (which must contain five or more numbers/letters).


• Order confirmation will show the user name and password to be used by the recipient and this will also be shown on the Gift Voucher which will be delivered by post.

TO REDEEM ONLINE

• Login using the user name and password as shown on the Gift Voucher. This will create an online account for the recipient.


• If the order is a higher value than the value of the Gift Voucher, payment of the balance will need to be made.


• If the order is lesser value than the value of the Gift Voucher, the balance will remain on the account for redemption at a later date.

TO REDEEM IN STORE

• Bring this voucher with you to Shop 43-45, Level 2, Queen Victoria Building, 455 George Street, Sydney 2000.
