Because a lot of our goods come from overseas, there may be a delay in restocking.
Items can be pre-ordered.
Do you sell wholesale?
No, we only retail.

item(s). Will the pre-ordered items be sent separately
or when everything is in stock?
Pre-ordered items will be sent separately once they arrive in stock. Only one
freight charge will be applied to the whole order. There is no additional freight
charge on back orders.
What happens when delivery
of my pre-ordered item has been delayed?
We will advise you of any delay. You also have the option of changing your
mind before delivery should you decide not to go ahead with the purchase.
My delivery has not arrived
within the expected time frame. What happens
now?

What if I forget my password?

What is pre-order?
There will be items online that are not available for immediate delivery e.g.
calendars and diaries, which do not come into stock until August or items
that are expected from overseas. These items will be clearly marked as ‘available
for pre-order’ and will be delivered when in stock.
