Before placing any product in PAWs Shop, we are fortunate to be in a position to test it out in our retail store, so the benefit to you is that only popular products are displayed on the site.
The downside is that due to our ever-changing stock lines, the online site will never be entirely up to date. If there is any product that you would like and which is not on our site, please let us know as we may have it available in our retail store. If not, we may be able to source it for you. Or let us know if you would like to know what other products are available in your particular breed. Our policy is not to send out items that are not popular in our retail store. However, we offer a money-back guarantee if not satisfied.
